How do i prepare for a spray tan?

my first formal dance is coming up and i feel like an albino! im very white and my dress is black and i fry in tanning beds so spray tan is my only option and i have decided on it.





so how do you prepare for it? any special things?How do i prepare for a spray tan?
Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate! Neutrogena sells a pre-tan scrub in accordance to their tanning lines.





My actual favorite is coffee and olive oil. The beads scrub, caffeine helps tighten skin, and oil will smooth and moisturize.





Oh, yeah, you need to moisturize after scrubbing. Because some people actually get flaky patches because they over-scrub. Use a heavier cream like Vaseline on knees, elbows, and rough patches.





Paint clear nail polish on, under your nails and over your cuticles so they don't stain. Bring Vaseline to put [sparingly] around your hairline, over brows and lips to avoid...staining!





It sucks when that happens, trust me.

get an even tan and not a orange one.
EXFOLIATE... you need to get ride of the dry patches to get a nice ,even tan...Have a nice evening!
take a shower before hand. exfoliate everywhere. be sure to remove makeup or anything on your face. don't wear perfume or deodorant (they sometimes can mess up the tan). also wear loose clothing. you should go to a mystic tanning place that has good reviews even if it's a little more expensive. remember you don't want to look orange.
exfoliate very well. i've had better luck going to one of those spray booths (like mystic tan) than with the bottle kind. and be sure to blend well.





i can't tan either, whenever i look at tan people i think about how much faster they're gonna get wrinkles.
