I just recently got a spray on tan, everything tunred out fine except for the palms of my hands and my feet. They are horrible looking, ive been exfoliating, using rubbing alcohol, lemon juice, salt, everything i could think of. is there anything you can do to get it off?!?! i have an event to go to tonight!How do you get spray on tan off the plams of your hands?
they are not suppost to spray it on ur hands because of that but it should come off when you take a shower. I got one for my graduation and they didn't spray it on my hands or feet and when i took a shower it all blended together nicely. You might wanna ask the people that did it about that, i'm not sure. Have you tried peroxide? That may help. The exfoliating should help some at least.
a bit of bleach will work, but as far as other remedies, there isn't anything I know of...
I would try a little bleach dilute it with water though! Pure bleach is way to harsh for the skin!

The scrubbing beads in the scrub should help get the orange off much easier. I've also heard that lemon juice works well.How do you remove spray on tan from your hands?
try baby oil on a cotton ball or even try alcohol on a cotton ball.
Hmmm...try washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water for a while. Than use hot water to rinse. Use a rough towel that you don't need and roughly rub. After that, put some lotion to soothe your hands from being rubbed so hard. Good luck!
That's a tough one. I've used a scrub brush with soap and it takes some of it off...but you may have to try a more harsh solution like nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol.
Use the tan remover wipes - you can get them in the Chemists. If not, use lemon juice....

tan remover wipes (drug stores)
rub hydrogen peroxide on your hands %26amp; wsh them (u might have 2 do this a few times 2 get rid of the orangeness)
wash your hands w/ a sea slat scrub thuroghlly!!! (this works great)

You know I have often wondered this myself. I have come to the conclusion that No they do not notice that they are orange. It just isn't possible that someone would think that they look good that shade. :)When a spray tan goes wrong, do people not realize that they're orange?

realize because your skin is normally dark.
i dont think they do.. i think they think that they are actually tan...lol its funny.
maybe they think if they keep applying more of it the deep orange will eventually look brown.

I decided to try and get a quick tan before going to Hawaii and I looked orange lol I felt so stupid, but luckily it went away because i didn't stay in the booth the whole time. I think from now on Ill just be happy with my porcelain skin. Also my friends and family tried to tell me i didn't look orange lol I think they were trying to spare my feelings.
