go to sally's beauty supply and pick up some tanwise exfoliation self tan remover.
so far it's worked on my xen-tan, st. tropez, and a few others.
I don't have to use rubber gloves when I tan, because I just wash the palms off my hand with my self tan remover after I'm done, and it's all off in seconds. :)

2true have special wipes to take ur fake tan off.

lemon juice helps, or hundreds of soap lol
exfoliation works best for me
just a simple body scrub should probably do the trick
