I did and I got the coupon in the email, but it isn't personalized. It says ';First Name, Last Name'; at the top. So basically i'm like, how are they going to tell this coupon isn't fake? I won too and mine isn't personalized either. I'm sure though that Hollywood Tan knows about the promotion and aren't going to turn your coupon down. It also says to bring photo i.d. so don't forget that. Congrats! :)
